Abstract
SLOTH is a Python library offering multilevel, multifidelity, and Bayesian methods for Uncertainty Quantification (UQ) purposes. It is equipped with interfaces for external calls to MOOSE and Utopia, used as solvers for PDE problems, while the main UQ functionalities are provided in the Python code developed by the library. One of the main library application is multilevel UQ for cardiac electrophysiology.
